ARKANSAS JAZZ HERITAGE
FOUNDATION

The Arkansas Jazz Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to
educating the general public about the historical significance of Arkansas' musical
heritage. It sponsors jazz performances by musicians with Arkansas connections and
educational clinics for high school and college musicians throughout the state. The
site contains news, dates and the Hall of Fame of Arkansas jazz musicians.

DANISH JAZZ FEDERATION

A non-profit making organisation to disseminate information about Danish jazz.
It gives support and aid to Danish jazz musicians, jazz venues and the whole Danish
jazz scene. It also takes an active part in NordJazz, whose aim is
to strengthen the identity of Nordic jazz in the rest of the world and promote musical
exchange between the Nordic countries. It also arranges courses, clinics and master
classes with international artists and has a library of newpapers, CDs, videos,
periodicals and a press archive dating back to 1980.
DUBLIN JAZZ SOCIETY

DJS is a voluntary non-profit making organisation dedicated to the promotion of
live jazz in Dublin featuring Irish and international musicians.
They organise regular monthly concerts at Renard Jazz Club with such artists as: Marty
Grosz, Kenny Davern, Howard Alden, Scott Hamilton, Joe Temperley, Spike Robinson & Ken
Peplowski. Archive of biographies and reviews of previous gigs. Jazz on Irish

JAZZ COMPOSERS COLLECTIVE

A non-profit making, New York based, musician-run organisation dedicated to
presenting the original works of composers who are pushing the boundaries of their
self-expression. The Collective presents a concert series with each concert devoted
to two composers. Each concert is followed by an informal discussion giving the
audience an opportunity to meet and talk with composers and musicians.

The JJA is an international group of professional writers, editors, radio and TV
broadcasters, photographers and film makers. Their mission is to act as a medium for
promoting a high standard of jazz criticism. The site includes features, articles,
news, reviews, discussions, photo gallery and "The Last Post" - a database of
jazz people who have died (written by Kenny Mathieson).
